2. Accuracy of Pricing and Market Volatility
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Due to the volatile nature of the trading card game and collectibles market, product valuations can fluctuate rapidly.
  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
  • Pricing Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to a system glitch or typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund immediately.

3. Pre-Orders and Product Allocations
When you purchase a "Pre-Order" item, you are securing a product ahead of its official UK manufacturer release date.
  • Combined Shipping: If you place an order containing both in-stock items and pre-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the final pre-order item releases.
  • Allocation Reductions: Occasionally, manufacturers or official distributors may cut stock allocations prior to release. While we aim to fulfil every order, we reserve the right to cancel or scale back pre-orders if our stock allocation is unexpectedly reduced by our supplier. In these rare events, affected customers will be prioritized for a full, immediate refund.

4. Products, Grading, and Condition Accuracy
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, imagery, and condition of our single individual trading cards.
However, card grading conditions (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played) can contain subjective elements. We document card conditions thoroughly before transit. If you are unsatisfied with a product description, please review our Refund Policy for return eligibility windows.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
